At his core, Ben is an avid outdoorsman who loves hunting, fishing, and outdoor water sports. You can find him enjoying a football game, good food, and the local breweries in town. Ben loves being able to help a person pick out their floorplan and see it through from start to finish. He is proud that ICR brings an unrivaled personal touch to the custom home building market and knows his team can provide you with a place where you can make memories for years to come.

Shawn Enault is a dedicated Project Manager at ICR, where he oversees daily operations on job sites alongside Ben. With over 10 years of experience at ICR, Shawn brings a wealth of knowledge to every project. Outside of work, Shawn cherishes spending time with his daughter, with whom he shares a passion for frequent trips to Disney.

Jamie keeps things running smoothly in the ICR office. She does a little bit of everything which includes payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable, licensing, and also assists in design selections. Jamie loves the group of people she works with and how they are able to have fun even in stressful times. Her favorite thing is seeing a new construction or remodel, that she’s helped plan, come together as a finished product. Jamie has four kids and a sweet, loving dog, named Cocoa. She likes to read, golf, walk, cook, and also trains in Shorin-ryu Karate with her family. You’ll almost always find her with a cup of coffee nearby.
